Denim Development and Pre-Production:

What do I do first:

If you don't have a existing pattern, we can make your pattern and samples. Please note it may take up to three tries before achieving a perfect fit. Please anticipate and budget for a few rounds of sample making. Denim is not an exact science and it may take a few tries to get your final pattern.

You must present us with either a sample to follow or give us a tech pack. If you are sending us samples, please make sure the samples are new or washed.

If you wish to have your denim laundered, please present us with a sample wash you would like. You can send in a pair of jeans to show us what kind of wash you like, if you do not have exact specifications.

Depending on the size of your project, you might be advised to pre-purchase your production denim in order to expediate the pre-production process.

All design elements must be provided by the customer, which includes back pocket arcuate designing, silk screening designing, embroidery designing, making labels and hand tags, customized buttons and rivets.

9b can recommend the appropriate vendors that can make your labels, hand tags, customized buttons and rivets.

Customers can provide their own denim or we can source your denim. 

Denim Manufacturing (production):

Once you we have a final production sample made from your production denim, and we have your production deposit, we can start your production. Please remember if you are providing any components necessary for your production, those components must be present before your production can start.

Production minimums: 150 pcs/style

Maximum Capacity: 25,000 pcs/style/month.

Production prices are given once final sample is approved or sent by the customer.
