To start production:

Once your pre-production is complete and a final sample has been approved or delivered, 9b will send production prices to the customer.

Then, the following steps needs to be taken:

Customer Purchase Order must include the following: Company name, your name, date, shipping and billing information, style, color, fabric, and quantities for each color/size.

Purchase orders may be submitted to 9b by mail, by fax, or email.

After review of the purchase order, a 9b representative will confirm the purchase order. Every order must be formally accepted by 9b in order to be valid.

Once purchase is confirmed and deposit is received, production will start. You will receive a expected completion date once your production deposit is received and all components to do your production is at hand.

If customer is providing fabric labels, accessories, packaging materials and any other components, these items will all have to be present before production can start. 9b has the right to delay or change completion date of the production until all components to complete production have been received.
